Our Process
Phase I - Initial Consultation
Our process begins with an initial consultation where you will meet with Nicole or Olivia to discuss your vision, budget, and preferences. We will get the opportunity to get to know each other, share ideas, and determine if we are a good fit for working together. During our complimentary consultation we will review our packages, determine which may be best for you and our pricing structure.
Phase 2 - Planning and Design
After you decide to proceed, we will work closely with you to create a detailed plan and design for your wedding. During this phase we will work together to select a venue, theme, color scheme, and overall style that represents you. We will help you establish a timeline and budget that align with your vision, and begin creating your personalized Wedding Guide Booklet exclusive to our clients.
Phase 3 - Vendor Selection and Coordination
Once the vision is in place, we will assist you in selecting and booking vendors such as caterers, florists, photographers, entertainment, and other essential wedding professionals, ensuring that your wedding is served by the best in the industry. We will negotiate contracts, manage timelines, and ensure that all details are in order to bring your vision to life.
Phase 4 - Logistics and Execution
As your wedding day approaches, we will take charge of logistics. This involves creating a detailed timeline for the actual wedding day, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing the setup and execution of the event. We will handle any unforeseen issues to ensure a smooth and stress-free day for you.
Phase 5 - Day-of Coordination
On the actual wedding day, we will be there with you throughout the day to ensure everything runs according to plan, managing the schedule, overseeing decor setup, and addressing any last-minute challenges.
